By placing an order on AuthenTrend’s web store, you agree to the following terms:
All products are sold "as-is" and are intended for personal or enterprise use as specified. AuthenTrend provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Taxes and Duties: Prices shown do not include taxes or import duties. Applicable taxes will be calculated and charged based on the buyer’s shipping location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT required upon delivery, where applicable.
While AuthenTrend strives for accurate product descriptions and secure delivery, we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, third-party interference, or improper setup.
Replacements are covered under AuthenTrend’s one-year limited warranty. If your product is found to be defective within one year of purchase, please contact customer support with a photo of the damaged item. We will review your case and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement in accordance with our warranty terms.
AuthenTrend reserves the right to update product offerings and terms without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may have already entered the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
Non-Cancelable Orders
Order cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Digital products once delivered (e.g., software license keys)
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us via customer service email (customer.support@authentrend.com) with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 1–2 business days to assist you.
Refund Method
If your cancellation is approved, any refund will be issued back to your original payment method according to your bank's processing time.
